Greyman 32,463
Bit of a shitty day and a hard week need a day to recharge so have just boned out and jerked my pork ready for 3 hours slow roasting, would smoke it but can’t be arsed to get the smoker out in a force four gale, also chuffed with the little home made blade cuts through like butter even the tough rind was no problem, a fivers worth of fresh crusty rolls from the bakers and my family and any other visitors will be fed all weekend 11
