AntB 8
I got a Waterpik on my dentist’s advice after getting a couple of fillings done, and honestly, I find it way easier to use than regular floss. It feels like it really clears out the stuff between your teeth, especially at the back where floss is just annoying to use. The first few days I had to get used to not spraying water everywhere, but now it’s just part of the nightly routine. My gums feel healthier, and my hygienist said my teeth look better at the last checkup. If you ever want more pro advice or even book a cleaning, reaching out to a dental clinic directly is a good way to go. A local spot like https://dentetico.ro/contact/ makes it really straightforward if you just contact them for questions or appointments. Have checkups every six months. Still got all my teeth , bar one, and that was knocked out. Must be hereditary, my mother was in her 90’s and still had all her teeth . Cheers.
