Jobs change on May 1st you need to speak to the hunting office and get on the list it’s the same as any other job you will have to apply and if selected go on interviews.  It’s very unlikely (not impossible) that you will walk straight into a terrierman job there aren’t many left in the UK now, best thing you can do is get your foot in the door as a kennelman for a few years get some experience of hunt service and if a job comes up go for it. Don’t know about your age but be ready for the job, driving licence, trailer licence, firearms, ATV certificate, chainsaw ticket some may even require you to drive 7.5 tonne wagon if you want it you have to work for it but I think it’s worth it when you get the right position.

Good luck.
