Water bottles LOL

After i clean out the ferrets i give there water bottles a good clean by putting a sink plug chain in the bottle and shaking it  for a few minutes   to stop any build up of algae  well today i did that and the chains tied itself up in a knot and i cant undo it to get it out the bottle LOL if it wasnt for bad luck i would have none  out with the hacksaw cut the bottle open to get the chain back . Its a good job i buy a few bottle every spring and still have a spare

A good tip is to put a bit of dried rice in the bottle, add a bit of water, screw the lid back on and shake well...they soon come up like new mate

Put a small handfull of sand in your water bottles and shake them for a few seconds - hey presto, algae gone.

rice is good to shake just put your finger on the end not the bottle top it will get blocked in the end
