Chrome cast question

Ok I'll have had a Chromecast Donegal for years now. I have the Chromecast apps on both my tablets so with that and the chrome cast dongle in back of my TV that makes 3 devices on my account. Im allowed 4. 

Now question is if bought a TV for my room and without exchanging the dongle from main to everytime i want to watch upstairs in My room or buy another chrome cast dongle is there any other advice around this. Someone mentioned a mirror device. Bear in mind in utterly useless at technology stuff. 

If need be i will buy another chrome dongle but thought I'd ask first incase anyone else knows a way. Hope i have explained this in a way that doesn't sound gibberish lol

Seriously mate you should be burned at the stake for that. Electrickery is still a crime in certain parishes.

If any, or all, of your devices have 'cast screen' function, an Anycast wireless dongle will set you back around 12 quid. It exactly mirrors what's on your device screen without using a downloaded app...........

From Android 4.4 on wards the ability to cast is built in you don't need another app. I have one CC in my living room tv named Living Room, and one in the bedroom TV named.... you guessed it Bedroom, anything that's  on my tablet will show on the tv's, some app's like the Sky app, block casting though

Yea it was late and was a rushed post apologies lol

The reason is ask is it have nowtv had it for years don't own the nowtv box i just have the nowtv apps on my tablet and phone.

I bought the Chromecast dongle when they first came out and plugged it into living room TV also it's called "living room,"  on my cast. 

My mate said just unplug chrome from TV and take it upstairs when you want to watch TV in bed. Which is suppose is simple solution but I'd rather it had its own set up. Only use chrome for nowtv and the occasional YouTube video. Nothing else. 

So this 12quid cast device would do this right?

Sorry if i sound like an idiot but as said i a moron when it comes to this. I even considered buying the actual nowtv box for bedroom. Would that work with my current nowtv account.

Anycast will mirror whatever is on your device screen. I use it to cast Terrarium, Mobdro, whatever I happen to be streaming.........

I have Chromecast in my TV and can watch YouTube nowtv Netflix from my tablet a cast icon appears. Is that what you mean

I only know Android, so I can't speak for other systems.

In the little pull down menu (top corner) that has wifif, Bluetooth, etc settings........is there one that says "cast screen" ? Some have it, some don't.

Yea checked it has a square that says cast

On Android got to settings then display you should see the cast function

Or..........buy Anycast for 12 quid and stream from Terrarium and Mobdro for nowt !
