I looked after one a few years back for someone when they went on holiday, did,nt realise how fecked they were until the girl came to collect him and started telling me off for over exercising it as I,d been taking it out on my normal 3to4 hour hikes with my terriers and lurcher, well he was doing alright after a while but she told me that due to the head on it and not being able to breath very well it usually collapses if it goes out for more than 15 minutes, she did,nt seem to take it very well when I said I,d rather have a dead dog than a dog that could,nt walk and the poor animal eventually died stuck behind the sofa, I cringe when I see these big whey protein eating,  water retaining bearded types walking them, the prick in the scrap yard even had one sat on his desk when I last weighed in, another chapter in the feminisation of men complete

These 2 belong to my daughter but whatever dog lives in my house all get the same exercise whatever the breed.Hack it or stack it round here mate.To be honest mate I think most of the problems with them come from owners using horror stories as an excuse to be lazy c**ts and not exercise their dogs that's why the dogs then become fat and unhealthy.Saying that I've met my fair share of so called working  dog men who's mutts don't leave their kennel from one week to the next.

All these fad diets and exercise regimes very rarely last.

Sensible eating and sensible regular exercise 4-5 times per week is enough to keep you Ticking over.

Regular exercise is an exercise regime max,i aint on a diet, just eating healthily  5 times a week at the gym is a bit OTT ;)

Hurt my knee and was off my work ten months due to no mobility took a real downer and asked the doctor for a gastric band and she asked why i said i really need to shift the weight to help the knee , she referred me to the diet nurse  , and said no chance of a gastric band thats 7 grand  and they dont always work . She said you will come and see me every two week to be weighed  and shes like a real old matron type so far ive dropped 4 stone and when i go out now its the muscles above the knee that cause me to stop not the knee its self as ive muscle wastage in my left leg but im getting there
