"I would like to take this opportunity to adress this house and say what a shower of useless idiots you are. You couldn't run a bath far less my country! utterly useless and corrupt. Therefore as is

Tell you what is sad is how you duck questions you can't answer ......

https://t.co/FQeXJmAG6Y?amp=1   Cameron not bowing in 2016   You want to check the other years for yourself all the Queen's speeches are up on YouTube.

I see the treacherous Cnut refused to bow to the queen again .....

They're not supposed to bow to the Queen, it was May that got the protocol wrong by bowing...

No it's not demanded, it's a courtesy. I think sitting in Her Majesty's parliament is worthy of that courtesy. Doesn't mind taking the wages, but won't do what's right, the Britain hating wanker.

Does he really think the Queen has no political power?

More than he has or ever will though.

Strange that as when I watched it live the expert who was talking us through it stated that as the politicians enter they it is customery to bow to the queen ... the expert must be wrong then ... and I suppose it's the same as him refusing to sing the national anthem .....

You'd think he'd have the common courtesy to bow - what with him being the Leader of HER MAJESTY'S LOYAL Opposition......

Well yeah, if they said that they were wrong. In 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 neither party leader bowed to the Queen.

I suppose David Cameron is a secret republican

Can't you two deal with him, in your official capacities as THL-sponsored government ministers ?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/06/21/bow-row-jeremy-corbyn-didnt-bow-queen-theresa-may-did-right/

Jeremy Corbyn caused outrage on social media when the Labour leader failed to bow for the Queen before the State Opening of Parliament on Wednesday. Corbyn was even seen giving a friend a jaunty wink.

The Prime Minister Theresa May bowed, and this lead some to think the Labour leader had made a disrespectful gaffe.

However, a senior Labour source told the Huffington Post that Jeremy Corbyn was "just following protocol".

The correct protocol is that the Speaker and Black Rod bow on behalf of the whole of the House. Jeremy observed that protocol, they said.

This is yet another example of the chaos around Theresa May and her team that they cant keep her abreast of the appropriate protocol and etiquette.

Parliamentary officials have confirmed that Jeremy Corbyn did not breach protocol by remaining upright while Theresa May bowed in front of the Queen at the State Opening of Parliament in the House of Lords.

A Lords' spokesman said the only people required to bow were House of Commons Speaker John Bercow, Commons Clerk David Natzler, senior Lords official Black Rod and the Serjeant at Arms Kamal El-Hajji.

The Labour leader therefore followed protocol, as did Mrs May's most senior minister Damian Green, SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford and Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron, who all stood still.

It's sad how little folk know and understand about Parliamentary protocol, it's an interesting and quirky part of British political culture.
