That just means normal healthy kids won't be joining as their parents won't want their kids mixing with freaks. WTF has this country come to? Steady yourself for a shock but Girls have been able to join the Scouts for years, what next, Girls in the Boys Brigade??? Not when I was a kid! I've had two daughters who have been in the guides and brownies and it was strictly girls only as well. Girls were able to join the Scouts in 1991!
