DogFox123 1,379
Definitely plenty of chancers about which just makes it even harder for the folk really suffering. Depression and anxiety have become the new "bad back" for the work shy. Definitely, I had to drag myself to work but I still went after having no sleep for weeks and at risk of having a massive panic attack. I grew up with the kid and hung around with him at times but seeing his posts on Facebook boils my piss. Everybody knows he's just a rodney sack of shit. Talking wet as usual I see. i know a bloke that was targeted by the I.R.A ,they put a bomb under his car.but it never worried him,he had a special bomb detector.seriously though i can't get my head around these anxiety attacks.i think i'm the opposite.as long as my son's happy, i couldn't give a f**k.but if you want a little true story that could make somebody go off the rails,my mate got told to go home from work to find some paramedics giving his son those electric shock pads onto the chest, his son died at 12, right in front of his eye's.he HAD no choice but to carry on paying his mortage and all the other stuff and some people are worried about doing a bit of coke or are upset for a couple of days and calling it depression.get over it. You are a boring man, probably because you're ginger and never had those vital interactions with people as you grew up. I'm thinking me and you should take a trip to the Samaritans. I'll hold your hand even though it would likely disgust me, all those freckles and that....

Nik_B 3,791
Sounds like you could really use some help Navek, has your Dr offered you any kind of therapy alongside the medication? CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is supposed to be much more effective than medication for anxiety in the long term. More effective and way more expensive....very little chance of getting that on the NHS. The doctors just hand out those mind bending antidepressants like bloody smarties and they not even qualified to do that in my opinion and GP is not a psychiatrist

Lack of sunlight and it affects some people worse than others.
