shaaark 11,531
Not a surprise to me at all. I was looking for a new pcp, and tried/shouldered LOADS of different rifles, including a 110, in various rfd's, and shot a couple of different ones owned by mates, including a HW100 KT, which I sort of had my heart set on, but it wasn't for me. And have shot quite a few of my son's rifles, rapids, ultras and a few others. All very good, but not quite what I wanted. Back to a local rfd to have another look, and he tells me they've just had two 110's in, .177 and .22. The .177 was sold within the first couple of hours of being in the shop. So had a 'proper' look at the .22 and a couple of quick shots........... ordered one in .177 immediately! Picked it up on the 19th november, and whilst certainly NOT being a pcp aficianado, all I can say is 'my god, what a rifle'. Super quiet, super accurate, super reliable, perfect weight, super looks. I can't smile wide enough 2 Quote Link to post

Honestly mate, it's brilliant, my son shot mine on the second day I had it, and immediately part exed his fx wildcat for one! He's a very experienced shot and has owned god knows how many different rifles, his new 110 is already his favourite. Lighter, better balanced and quieter than the 100, even the K versions. I really am over the moon with mine. Am now on the lookout for another HW springer to go with my . Been thinking of a 98 and a 97k. Hope I don't start getting the 'bug' which alot of you lads seem to aquire! lol Quote Link to post

Tell you what's mad though, to me anyway, a couple of years back whilst checking out different springers with my son. the 98, 97 and the all seemed very heavy. Now, after shouldering the ones I've mentioned , they don't seem as heavy, and are easier to keep on aim than the lighter rifles I was trying, I now own an k, since about september, which I bought off a mate, and I love it, and really am starting to like the 98, but also when I shoulder the 97 k, well, it feels like a rolls royce on aim lol. Will just have to see what the next few weeks bring lol 1 Quote Link to post

My is a k, but not sure when it was made. Barrel isn't screwcut and in total the rifle is just under 42". Tried checking the serial number which is 1411051, but no joy. Yes, a matter of time is what's going through my mind lol 1 Quote Link to post
