Rez 4,957
Doin me pigeons this afternoon and I get this far and then normally just plate um up with some mustard. Dijon mustard. Job done. I'm not a sodding chief by any means but would love to know what to put with them after this stage? Nothing to complicated though, I struggle making a cuppa soup To be honest, it's proper nice just simple with mustard. But I must expand my culinary skills and just want to know something quick I can put with. No chips.
mark williams 7,549
6TBS oil mixed with one ( or more), oxo cube crumbled. Cut two breast fillets through to make a spatchock ( open winged effect), skin removed. Coat them thoroughly all over with the oxo/oil and flash fry to your liking. Tastes like the very finest fillet steak, great on a barm cake with onions & mustard. ( bread roll) Preparing some in the summer months

mark williams 7,549
Yep, eezy - peezy Rez. Cup- oil- oxo, --- crumble oxo, mix into the oil thoroughly. Rub into the breasts and fry. Not just oxo either lads, try steak seasoning the exact same way, chuck a touch of garlic in also, experiment have fun. Don't try Woggy Hens from Rez though I cooked Moor Hens " ONCE"
