Well I for one think it's a great idea, just think, out ferreting, caught short, call of nature, click the button, place your order and just squat behind the bush until the nice man from amazon appears.

Not to mention the money you would save on socks.

Haha you might be right mate. I just think life's too short to spend time doing stuff what can be done in less time. Thus giving you more time to do the stuff you enjoy.

My sister gives me loads of shit for having a gardener cut my lawn once a fortnight. But I hate gardening, it would take me 2 hours to do what he charges me a tenner for.

I shop online a lot but I do see these new gadgets as a bit pointless. I wouldn't want toilet rolls being delivered one day and hand soap the next. Cuz that's more time wasted going to the post office to collect them if you're not home. Hahaha.

Apparently, all you have to do is pour boiling water into the plastic container and wait 5 minutes - in which time YOU COULD HAVE BOILED A F***ING EGG !!

Give me strength !!

Grated cheese is normally processed shite and ready chopped veg the packaging is filed with gas to keep them looking nice... Think I would rather spend 5 minutes of prep myself

All cheese is processed shite lol. Each to their own fella. Could get hit by a bus tomorrow. Don't worry about gas in packaging too much. Lol

Processed cheese is very different to a quality cheese it's full of emulsifiers, saturated vegetable oils, extra salt, food colorings, whey or sugar...saving time now could be shortening your life in the long-term. ...if you dont get hit by a bus that is lol

I live for the moment mate. None of my grandparents saw retirement age so I don't get hung up on emulsifiers or salts. Nothing against the health conscious and do what ever floats your boat but we've had a few cases of the big C on both sides. My nan never touched a processed food. It if didn't grow in the garden or come from the local butchers she wouldn't eat it. Never drank or smoked. Died at 58. Stomach cancer.

My issue with that ready grated cheese is the potato starch they dust it with to stop it clumping, gives it a nasty dry texture in sandwiches but I have been known to use it on occasion when I'm making up a big load of cheese sauce...

Yeh it's no good for sandwiches. I only use it for cooking.

Sorry to hear that ...but I'm a big believer in you are the master of your own destiny to a degree anyway ...unfortunately we was (40+) the guinea pigs of processed food and we are only now seeing the true results of all that convenience food our mother's shoved down us. Not there fault they didn't know any better ...I'm no angel I have plenty of unhealthy habits but eating good food is one way I try to restore the balance. Time will tell .... each to there own

Further abominations.....

Peeled garlic cloves - presumably for people who don't like smelly hands, but have never

heard of soap !

Apple slices - what's wrong with just eating an apple ? Or, if you really want slices,

spend all of 10 seconds cutting one up !

Crustless bread - I've got my own solution, for those who don't want curly hair.

A - buy some bread.

B - cut the crusts off.

Ready mashed potatoes - fine, of you enjoy semi-dried wallpaper paste.

Frozen omelettes - Is there anything more simple to make than an omelette ?

Can there really be people THIS lazy ?

And I forgot to mention that those ready boiled eggs are £1.59p......EACH !!

I'm just off to bang my head against the wall in frustration.......
