bbq season underway , prepped this lot with a bit of the hot stuff topped with a few apache and zimbi black and thai chillies garlic and portugese chillie sauce, sitting in the fridge beer oclock time

after a 374 mile bike ride the dogs this morning , cos I like to keep them in trim thru the summer lol , ready for their chillie bbq dinner washed down with eleccy lights

 

 

I've got dorado stuffed with spring onion, thai red chili, lime and corriander salt baking in the oven right now

now that sounds lush mate

It was.... shame the lass is a vegetarian :laugh:

 

I've gone with home made bolognese tonight.

 

Roasted 2kg of normal tomatoes, 1kg of big beef tomatoes, 1kg red peppers peeled them all added them to the onion, garlic and some weird spring onion type thing that is actually another type of garlic that I'd fried until caramelised.

 

Next 1kg of beef quick fried to seal it... portioned some for her into another pan and then added the meat and a couple of marrow bones to mine.....

 

Herbs, spices, seasoning, reduce the fuuck out of it and away I fooking go :laugh:
