I'd say it depends what you're complaining about, if you didn't vote because you didn't agree with any of the candidates standing you'd be justified in complaining that there isn't a party that represents your views to vote for but if you're going to complain that the party you support didn't get in when you couldn't be fecked to vote for them then that's a bit foolish. Council's and PCCs are operating under policies dictated by central government, and there is no serious opposition there ! My council had this years budget cut by £22 million, and I can't see how a different ruling party would make any difference at all to that ! Am I alone in not even knowing who my PCC is ?
