So he's never going to quit boxing then?

Socks ?

Fury just said on the radio that his aim has always been to beat the best man out there, and after he beats Klitscho later this month he will have achieved his goal and will quit boxing and try his ha

Max, what do you mean "he's fought no one".

Was Cornish a nobody? Really?

What about Kevin Johnson??? Former world title challenger, who had never been stopped, and he had shared a ring with the likes of Klitschko and Fury. They couldn't get him out of there could they?

But Joshua stopped him in just under four and a half minutes, putting him down twice in the first round...

Gary Cornish had no heart part time boxer part time joined who had to book time of work to train for the fight if that's what we got as a challenge for a commonwealth bealt it's a shame tbh

Kevin Johnson wasn't really hurt tho was he lets be honest ref knew the score and called it of far of early what's known as a British stoppage to the rest of the world Cracking power on aj I will agree however that's Eddies main money spinner and if you think boxing isn't corrupt then your foolish it was also clear Kevin Johnsons heart just was not in the boxing any more also he was olny there to get the pay check forget all this nonsense about him getting trained by the furys Peter fury tells it straight he turned up and shown no ambition what so ever so half way through the camp Peter fury refused to train him hence why Peter fury never came out with him at ringside

But you gotta admit. AJ did a better job than Fury?

Or are you saying Johnson had "heart" for the Fury fight but not for the AJ fight?

Lol. Come off it mate.

We'll if your a man who enjoys knockouts and you watch boxing for knockouts then yes aj did a better job than fury

Also yes kingpin was a compeletly different fighter back then he had talked about retiring for about 6 months before signing the fight with aj

Done it before once you beat a man your always in his head remember this

I'm just a man who sees a fantastic prospect and can't see anyone on the boxing scene at the moment getting the better of him, wether that's by points or knockdown. But hey, let's watch this space. I could be wrong.

Would be good to see how he deals with a decent counter, as you say a good left hook could spell problems.

If im not wrong Gaz you have moved around a bit in the ring yourself ?......thats why im surprised to hear you say that.

If Josh wasnt a big puncher nobody would be saying " lets see if he can take a shot "......its macho bullshit........the best way to take a punch is not to be there !

I haven't done much mate.

I'm just trying to keep the peace gnash. Too easy to get roped into big arguments on here now.

I don't think he's gonna give anyone the chance to land a good shot. He's in, get the job done and out. But I'm sure he's taken big shots and done big rounds in the gym ?
