My Firearms officers is a cracker though, can't say a bad word against him. Really down to earth and always willing to have a chat about any problems or ought. Last renewal was taking ages so gave him a call and I received my new one within the week. Can't remember about sending me old one off so doesn't really help the topic lol. Quote Link to post
