That's a good call YouTube I didn't think of that after a good look on there I still couldn't find anything much. Except the bottom reservoir tank could be full. So screw driver out again now.

I feel like it mate. Bought a new heater element £60 fitted it and it's still fecked. To many computer things on white goods these days.

is the element heating if not try following the wire's back to the control box's could be a connection

mine stopped heating up thought the heater element had gone ,got an engineer out took the top off and there was a trip switch in the top of it pressed it and charged me forty quid but it has done it again since but i know where it is now ,so if i were you pull it out and have a look for the trip switch

YouTube is your friend! I just changed the element on mine and it worked fine for last 3 months but now it's started tripping out the electric and the mrs said there's water under the collection thing? So if you find out what's wrong let me no! Lol

Right ant I seen a vid on YouTube the lad said remove the top pull the collection box out and look to the back end there will be a drain hole that goes to the bottom reservoir.

pour a cup of water in there and it will drain down replace the Collection tank and start it its to check if the pump is working if the water doesn't get pumped back to the box then it's the pump. Mine was tripping out when I pressed the on button.

I was told to disconect the connections to the heater element and try the on button it didn't trip out.

So I replaced the heater and now it won't give any heat. I called an engineer out yesterday and he said the thermostat is in the closed position so basically the new heater element is fecked.

I tried the heater trip switch Greg but still ain't working mate.
