bigmac 97kt 13,830 Posted October 7, 2015 Report Share Posted October 7, 2015 Well lads just put the first coat of tung oil on the stock im going to leave her for an hour then wipe the excess off leave her for 24 hours then give her a rub down with the fine wire wool then apply the next coat but im well happy with it and the grain is all ready starting to pop atvbmac :thumbs: 4 Quote Link to post

bigmac 97kt 13,830 Posted October 7, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2015 Some of it runs off and some of it runs the full length but thins out near the end John ill get vis to photo it when its finished and back on the action but its only had one thin coat and its stunning now and its not getting its second coat until tomorrow evening after a sanding with 00000 wire wool im taking it to vis later on so he can check it over for me atvbmac :thumbs: Quote Link to post
