David.evans 5,323
I decided not to go to early , and change the times a bit So I got to the perm at 10.30 There's not a drop of wind and the clouds were hidding the moon Now I must admit , I love to bits my wolf in 177 , but just as VM keeps harping on saying its a pity i have not got the n870 on the 100 .So I changed it over and set the scope on the hw After a bit of fecin about to get it zeroed at 40 yards off I went I've allways though that aa field 8.4 were the dogs and the was no need to look any further regarding pellets , but you can be wrong , I bought a tin of jsb's 10.4 and was amazed at the diffrence down range (VM right again ) lol They hit a lot harder , and seem to drop the rabbits stone dead ! . I'm that impressed I'm off out again to nite for round two And as a bonus I took these rabbits down to my local butcher , and in exchange he gave me 3 big lumps of steak and a pound of sausage (happy days) I've read VM post and Big Macs but as you can see you two I'm still THE DADDY lol Atb lads and happy hunting Dave 4 Quote Link to post
