day worker 296
I brought that up on twitter the other day and he's completely ignored it! Strange that!
Lutra Lutra 611
Many years ago I followed and brought all of (Queens) records. We saw them on 2 occasions in concert at Newcastle and then at Knebworth. I loved their music and also all the members of the band; my hero was Freddie Mercury. I admired (Brian May ) with his guitar work being amazing and also an excellent musician. However, nowadays my admiration has turned to total "irritation" due to his stance regarding (ALL FIELDSPORTS), the badger cull and especially is ignorance towards fox hunting. He has no knowledge of the subject he so says he is so passionate about. As people will already know he has had (DEER) culled on his estate, his friend and fellow band -mate Roger Taylor shoots and he knows many more who do so. Does he use bad language to his friend Roger, I wouldn't think so?'That's what I hate so much about the antis", they have no real knowledge of fieldsports or the countryside. How a man can categorically state that foxes have never been vermin or classed as vermin, that is behond my powers of observation. When a person starts throwing insults, uses offensive language towards another, then that is a true sign of defeat.'The man is totally blinkered, views nature through rose tinted glasses and will never ever accept that nature is red in both tooth and claw..... I'd be the first one to defend cruelty, but to put it in the simplest of terms, foxhunting isn't cruel and is the most natural method of control. In my opinion Brian May isn't the man he has been portrayed; being of a professional person. I'd like to know what our readers think of his position and our opponent. Is he a liabilty for his cause or is someone to be seen standing up for their incorrect beliefs? Also he has slithered out of the woodwork, namely Ricky Gervais. 'Please read about one of our most treasured musicans Roger Waters of the Pink Floyd fame. His views on all types of fieldsports are most delightful and somewhat promising'? We should think of bringing certain laws to BAN the outlandish thoughts of the BRIAN MAYS of this world. Regards fellow sportsmen. Lutra.

Lutra Lutra 611
Maybe he's mis-understood and just wants to break free. Neil, I suffer bad depression but that made me laugh. Excellent! The same as Tomo said regards wanting to smash your television. Also some other funny and also many valid points being put forward. Personally i'd like to see Roger waters in a boxing ring with the somewhat curly haired buffoon. 'I know who I would have my money on. By the way lads, Roger did hold a concert in the aid of the countryside alliance, supporting the hunting cause. I also think Roger Daltry was there also, because I think he is into fieldsports also. I heard he had his own trout farm also. So in my opinion, from buying the Queen records why not divert to the Floyd music.Plus Pink Floyd produce better music. I have seen them also. They are mind blowing.I think James Barrington is a good intelligent speaker and he always seems so cool. the truth of the matter is, is that we are going to see much more of Brian May and hid cronies.
neil cooney 10,416
Roger Taylor, Eric Clapton, Roger Daltry, James Hetfield, Bruce Dickinson, Bryan Ferry (well his son Otis anyway) Miley Cyrus ,Ted Nugent and Morrisey, all musicians who support fieldsports. Only messing about Morrisey. He's a vegan who recently went mad when he heard that burgers were sold at one of his gigs. Hypocrite, he's against the killing of animals and yet his music has probably sent many people to an early grave.
