The sooner we create northern powerhouse city's that can compete with London the better. But that won't happen with money orientated parties like Labour or the Conservatives. Most public sector departments are located else where, even the BBC was moved to Manchester. Maybe there is too much of a socialist mentality up there, where state is expected to provide, thus killing off entrepreneurialism. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
