zandy01 3,576
I buy the coats at the greyhound track and they are grand after a day out in the real cold days,i cover em up if theyve been running hard, help em recover better, just never saw the type i put up on here and was wondering how good or bad they were, I thought you were meaning coats/fleeces in general.... I know the Equafleece do get good reviews but normal whippet/greyhound/dog coat do just fine imo. Quote Link to post
Maximus Ferret 2,065
Jigsaw, My daughters whippet had one similar to that for a year or two. We've no central heating, (I don't like it) and he needs a coat when the weather's like it is now. That type of fleece, with front legholes and polo neck collar was great for him. He has one now that my wife made, like an ordinary greyhound blanket but made of fleece and with the high collar again. He loves this too and will come to get it on if the fire's not lit. The other three hairy lurchers don't seem bothered by cold. Quote Link to post
