jamesS410 106
Personally I would wholeheartedly recommend BASC they do a discounted rate for airgunners and are probably also one of the strongest campaigners for shooting as a whole plus you get an array of legal support etc 1 Quote Link to post

The one 8,585
No but everybody on here who got the discount was up for renewal on the first of January , then as well as saving a tenner each the lady said I will put you down for family membership as your both at the same address that will be another five pound saving no a lot I grant you but good enough when everybody wants more cash from you Quote Link to post
mattybugeye 885
BASC for me Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
If you are ferreting that excludes Airgun membership of BASC or membership of BASA, as those two organisations cover will be for airgunning only (hence the discount from BASC). For cover for all country sports then SACS or CCC is the way to go! That will cover you for ferreting, snaring, shooting air, shotguns, rim fire and centre fire, archery, falconry and fishing too! Cover not available at the BASC discounted and still nearly twice as much price! SACS were started because the friends in the North thought that BASC was getting too big, too bloated and too expensive. They do campaign for shooters rights on both sides of the borders and have a very good legal team! Quote Link to post
pernod 466
Wheres the link for the sacs ???. I only access the site via my phone and cant find it. Mind you i might just be being a bit dim. Lol pernod Quote Link to post

If you are using ferrets as well you will be much better off using the SACS offer which covers you for every country sport and pursuit from air gunning to big game hunting in the Veldt! It also covers ferreting, falconry, shotgun shooting, snaring, trapping and even fishing! The SACS offer on here is what the man needs at a lesser cost than poorer BASC membership too! treecreeper 1,136
Didn't know it covered you abroad, that's a bonus. Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
Yes covers you for hunting holidays! SACS is a superb deal, just phone Elspeth and beg for the Hunting Life Club membership deal, she is a nice person so she should let you get it! Quote Link to post
