NEWKID 28,582
Lad of 27 killed in a pub in Plymouth on New Years night, an axe and knife were the weapons. Brother in law was taxi driving and said something was going on to the missus that night, it's just down the road from where she was brought up...

NEWKID 28,582
Perhaps not big news... Although, for a small village on the edge of Dartmoor ( it's just outside of Plymouth) it's fairly big news, Plus it's a stones throw from my wife's parents and brothers, it's not every day someone gets axed to death ( for no known reason) down there!! dare 1,103
Always happens New Year's Eve dont it. Bet the two blokes who done it would probably get on with the guy or least not have any problem if drink wasnt involved. Have been in the pub plenty of times and see people start arguing and just think ffs its over f**k all and you'd get on fine any other day. Trouble is some cant handle their drink and becomes hard to reason with drunks. Two of em could of have out numbered him and gave him a good kick in even that would been out of order, least the outcome would be different. Wonder how long they'll get not that itll do much for the blokes family.
