Rough Price

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I have a deben mk1 knocker box and two 15ft terrier collars. The collars have been repaired(cosmetic damage only) everything works perfectly. I used them weekly for years. I will never be digging again so was going to put them on evilbay. What do you think is a fair price. Im clueless at evilbay etc.

thanks in advance.

I reckon they'll fetch £100+ no problem, the old deben is still very sought after!

As marshman said shame to hear of people packing up, unfortunately more and more people going out the game these days and hardly anyone coming in.

The one and only thing I liked about the ol' grey box was that if you were down deep to a quiet terrier and needed direction the grey box was instant.

You'd get a reading instantly, which lets face it, was very important if you're only a foot away.

But other than that they were rubbish. It annoys me that the avalanche systems have been around for over 20 years.

Wish I'd found them, I'd now be a millionaire like Bryan.
