Decent Day

Mate who runs local shoot rang me friday night to help with fox problem.We were supposed t go somewhere else but decided to help him out.First few pieces of cover was a blank ,with a good couple of hunts on rabbits only,next spot the tennant farmer was also getting trouble as he had taken stock of young turkeys and a2 or 3 had already gone ,small rough wood with gorse etc was nxt spot ,fox in dogs on and he was tipped with gun but managed to drop in .was dealt with at 1.3.good old dog again sorted it out .keeper won,t take turns on shovel.

 

 

 

 

last spot of day and this particular area is getting hammered,fox was in and our small pack was on him big time ,he ran round the edge of the wood first and then out as he new then ,they wherent so easy to shake off ,was cleanly shot ,everyone happy .

 

my white dog will stand there howling at a dead fox till you move him away ,,lol
