No it's not they can empty it on there own land

all waste still has to go to a counsel waste tank

My old house the soak away got blocked. Had to empty it every six months as the water was backing up to the house. Paid a farmer a £100 a pop to empty.

This house have a klargester but still get it emptied once a year, £100 is feck all to save me the ear ache I got from the mrs when the downstairs toilet was filling up !

was speaking to a farmer today its illegal to put it on fields he used to do it but not worth the fine , he did say he gets his done every year as they werent built for todays anti bacterial stuff , hes got a few cottages so he doesnt get charged as much as the company does does all his in one day so hes going to sent the company my address when hes getting his done. be a bit cheaper any way . i said to him hope its through the week as i do no they charge time and a turd at the weekends boom boom :icon_redface:
