Lol this is why I love Lurchers they are not a 1 trick pony , they wouldn't you starve mine has had pheasant, partridge, goose and even jumped in flight pond and nailed a duck ha but never had a pigeon but I have noticed they all seem a bit slow at the moment weather there young uns or they are breeding I don't know but I might try for a pigeon lol

he knows if there near that fence he has a chance, anywhere else on the garden and he don't bother, he sat next to me as it landed just watching and waiting for it to move to under the feeders next to the fence :laugh:

nice shots of the pigeon. i am getting a bird table in my garden to see if i can get some good photo's

I got a good pic of a tree creeper otherday quite rare i hear? Anyone shed any light on these birds ? My feeder attract goldies.green finches.bull finches. Siskins. Long tailed tits.ect there my first door.bell lol

i found a dead one the other year sent it to morocu moocher but its head fell off when it defrosted :laugh:
