new lamp for rabbiting

i need anew lamp for lamping with the dog. i need something that holds astraight beam and very strong candle power wise. any ideas.

i use a lazerlite but would like a tighter beam even after adjusting it i find over distance it widens a fair bit. i was thinking about a lightforce 170 and rewiring it but im not paying decent money to void the warrenty etc.

Cluson every time! Had mine for ages and its never let me down. Get the one with the soft battery pouch though, mine is the hard case and can make noise against fences, gun stock, even buttons - can be a right pain in the arse. Beam wise its great, 1,000,000 cp tight beam even secondary low light bulb which is deal for paunching not falling over fences etc.

Have you seen them new nite stalker lamps/roo lites there very simaler to the lightforce but with a metal reflecter houseing and decent switch on the back they look a lot better build quality as well

Lightforce striker put your battery in a haversack on your back lot easier and quieter to carry with room to pop your catch in as well

Ive got a few different lamps, I keep going back to the lightforce striker its a good lamp the red filter set up can be a pain.

Just bought a Cluson Blazerlite, 2 mill cp, and red filter, of Decoy on here, (didn't get my 10% discount though !!!). I'm using it with a 12 ah battery and have no complaints. Was out with a mate with a 170, and the Cluson had a better beam.
