SirRichardCecil 70
You were asking about stud dogs on another topic could you not just use this dog? Edited March 28, 2014 by SirRichardCecil Quote Link to post
mushroom 14,054
Mine had his front leg off cost me £2000 there will be more pressure on the one foot and my dogs toes have calloused up an he runs better than he can walk but to be honest he doesn't no his legs gone he just gets on with it and had to adapt to having his leg off but it doesn't hold him back i still run him on rabbits but no where near as many as i used to. Hope this helps That's brill mate For me though after spending so much money on my last dog and still needing to PTS (Not for amputation granted) I'd be very wary of paying so much again for anything with the outcome not clear. I think I'd go straight down the PTS route next time tbh Quote Link to post

SirRichardCecil 70
I would much rather go with a belly brother sister mating than look for a stud dog. 1 Quote Link to post

socks 32,253
Socket & scapula damage? But if it was pulled over then it would have popped out without damage surely ? ....... Quote Link to post
Bosun11 537
Dunno but with sommat like that, i'd think the worst, everything the best vet could then tell me would be a bonus... I've seen a similar injury, that joint between the scapula and the humerus was damaged. Quote Link to post
