What The Shortest Rimfire Mod Available?

Oh right. Just didn't realise as theirs a price difference ;) cheers

Paulus is being facetious! LOL

"When looking at moderators there are two different physical layouts, firstly the conventional muzzle-mounted moderator and secondly the less conventional reflex or telescopic moderator. The muzzle-mounted moderator as its name suggests, is attached to the end of the muzzle; thus the expansion chamber and baffles are all housed off the end of the muzzle. This greatly increases the overall length of the weapon; as a result this incurs both balance and handling penalties. The reflex moderator sleeves the expansion chamber back over the barrel greatly reducing the overall length - having only the baffles in front of the muzzle, this improves balance and handling as well as offering a more secure two point attachment to the weapon."

A relfex mod partially slides over ur barrel to make ur overall length shorter but still gives u the same moderation of sound.

So the answer you got earlier (none) was alot of piss

You can cut out the sonic boom, but it's a little impractical.

It's subsonic by 300 yards, so you just need a 300 yard moderator.

Make sure it's curved to match the drop of the bullet though :)

That'll never fit in a Landrover and with the weight you might as well just cosh the rabbit with it! ;)

Im using an A&M Proofed Twink MKII, cost is £60 and as good as any youre likely to come across

Darryl

Wouldn't mind seeing a close up of that Darryl. If it's the reflex type A&M could be onto a real winner with that one considering the little difference between the HMR mods. Is it easy enough to strip and clean?
