FOXHUNTER 5,021 Posted September 3, 2005 Report Share Posted September 3, 2005 Well I was out last night, as I have just got some 58 grain VMAX .243 home load ammo to try.........................I wanted to see if I could hit anything with them :11: :11: Shot this 1st fox on rape stubble at about 100 yards.........................so I was a bit relieved Saw another couple but were not safe shots Then spotted another in a stubble field which I stalked to within about 70 yards..............to a bale which made a nice shooting rest Not a bad night..............2 shots 2 foxes .................thank god I hit them PEG!!!!!
