I tryed my hand at making my own rabbit burgers as I was given a mincer from my dad. Got two rabbits out of my game freezer let them defrost used saddle and back leg meat. Stuck the cuts of meat through the mincer added a little bit of tomato ketchup just to bind the meat. Manged to get four burgers out of it put them on a baking tray and grilled them and had them in a bread bun even my girlfriend had two they tasted that good .

4 parts rabbit mince to 1 part sausage meat, finely chopped onion softened in a pan, seasoning and finely chopped sage..... mix and make into quarter pounders.

 

Slice of Brie and palmer ham.....

10 times better than any shop bought beef burger!
