I mean seriously what do we pay these people for?! At election time spoiled votes count. Writing "You're All A Bunch Of Lying C****" on a ballot paper counts. The red ensign should be flown on meachant ship never the jack the jack should only be flown on certain occasions or by ships alined to the crown the white ensign for royal navy at the stearn and when vistiting port the jack should be flown forward when in battle the jack is flown up on the yards as a battle statement , the yanks call there ensign the jack when flown by the navy zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Quote Link to post Share on other sites
