Why Government Doesn't Matter

First question is how did that 'flag' go through so many public sector hands before it was snapped for the paper? I mean seriously what do we pay these people for?!

 

At election time spoiled votes count. Writing "You're All A Bunch Of Lying C****" on a ballot paper counts.

Though the exact definition of the Jack has changed, it has traditionally always been strictly a Naval term for the Union Flag. f**k their Lordships! LOL

. The red ensign should be flown on meachant ship never the jack the jack should only be flown on certain occasions or by ships alined to the crown the white ensign for royal navy at the stearn and when vistiting port the jack should be flown forward when in battle the jack is flown up on the yards as a battle statement , the yanks call there ensign the jack when flown by the navy zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

As said above, either has been interchangeable for over 100 years. Anyway, you say potato, I say potarto etc. I'm sure we all know what it means. :victory:

Fair enough....but I'm not a ship's captain or janitor and I know which way up my Union Jack goes. Let's agree to disagree. :D
