weasle 1,119
Just wondering what lads thoughts on it are, a decent set up ain't cheap,We've all seen bad ones were you wouldn't even recognise your mom on it. We've also all seen plenty of footage of things carrying on regardless. So is it worth the money? Quote Link to post

Gaz_1989 9,539
As said above they are well worth it. I've got 2 cameras on the kennels with motion detection SMS. If someone goes near my kennels or garage I get a text message and I can log in off my phone and view the recording. Rewind, pause etc. Sometimes get false alarms when dogs have set camera off or if my lady goes up the garage etc but I don't mind. Just proves it's working. Not saying it will stop an intruder but it's gotta help. I've also got trip wires on the pens linked to rape alarms so if someone opens a door to one of my runs the rape alarm will go off. Same on the garage door where my ferrets are. Can't beat a good canine deterrent either... 1 Quote Link to post
