Shes a few years younger than me......after a serious gym session the last thing on my mind is a session upstairs...........................as the new resident THL sex therapist my advice is get her the best sex toys available and just tell her how much you like to watch her sort herself out...............................with Match of the Day on in the background ;)

Feck that mullarky hods of bricks and 20 foot scaffold tubes been lifted all day too fekin knackerd to start lifting for no reason.

Dumbell presses would've been better allround but I usually trained myself so the machine was easier. The weight I was pressing was a nightmare getting form floor to knees then up to shoulder level. I felt I could've caused an injury doin that alone and when using the machine, all I had to do was press. What I was doing was working well so didn't change though thinking back I probably should have.

Pressing a dumbell is a completely different feel to a barbell.......its near impossible to press a decent size dumbell with good form palms out...........simply turning the palms in will take away from the anterior delt as much as palms out.....

 

Ive always found a good bar for pressing is a trap bar.......you will still be able to hold it palms in and you can take it a lot lower than a straight bar without having to worry about front or behind the head.
