Decent Affordable Semi Auto 22

Recommended Posts

  • 5 weeks later...

i bought a brno 581 which is the older version of the cz 511 and i wouldnt say they're ugly rifles at all, two screws and a complete take down..built very solid and small and light enough to carry round all day...only cost me £100 for the rifle but if you are interested in them do your home work first as magazines are hard to come by and parts are not as readily available as most semi auto's may be.

i had a 581 for years, built to last several lifetimes and then some

Agree with all of the above. Only commenting on the need to modify the 10/22.

A lot of people modify them. The reasons are as varied as the modifications. They still shoot fine straight out of the box. Cheap, cheerful, and accurate for the money.
