my old mongrel bit of beddy/bull/whippet in the breeding at a guess. She would work cover kill anything small and furry. Sad thing was it was a family dog before I was really into hunting so we tried to discourage the behaviour  . She would of worked well with my bullx.

heres a dog i had in the 80's,cloudie was his name.saluki/greyhoundx collie/greyhound.the 1st proper lurcher i had.i took tons of rabbits hare and fox with him.he hit a scratching stone one night lamping and he faded away over a few months after that.he was blind for 3 weeks after it and came good again for a few months and then lost the use of his legs, bowel control etc.i took 30's 40's regularly with him alone at night, pheasant and fox.the poor b*****d got shot with a shotty by a c**t that thought he was a fukin gamekeeper,he survived though to continue to do his job,he even battered me after that, but we paid him one last visit and made it all worth while,id give my right arm to have him back.we were both young and full of enthusiasm and mischief.
