KittleRox 2,147
Noisey - not particularly noisey Messy - the same as any other parakeet type Cage - 3ft x 2ft x 2ft mininum Diet - basic parakeet mix, fruit veg, cuttlefish, grit a relatively easy bird to look after/ breed, good for a beginner, ( I bred them in a kitchen cupboard when I was a lad lol ) I wouldn't recommend keeping as a pet/ pets though, can be kept on a colony system in an aviary but it is known for the odd bird to become murderous
Malt 379
My grandad used to have 3 pairs in one of his flights. Don't remember them being particularly noisy, but then it was hard to tell with the flock of budgies he had in the big flight next door to them!

I had more complaints than any other animal I`ve ever owned when I had budgies and I had cats come to sit and watch from a million miles away

Lovebirds are pretty cheep it the ones people hand rear that bumps the price up loads but if you want to breed then your better off getting pr birds
forest of dean redneck 12,022
Ah, I'm thinking of selling the pair of African greys as the screeching is doing our heads in,soon as your on the phone or eating/watching tv,they start and it's really high pitched now. So thought about lovebirds, I hate conures lol. Might just get a pair of cockatiel lol

Might just get a pair of cockatiel lol if you're wanting a pet/ pets I wouldn't get a pair of any birds for the house bud, much better a single hand reared bird, hand reared Celestial parrotlets make good wee pets, or try looking at a hand reared Senegal, still a wee bit noisey but not as bad as greys my bird

Dazzam 239
When we kept lovebirds a few years back I always reckoned the black masked were a fair bit quieter than the peach faced.
