somebody reported her for having thin dogs joe they put her 2 bulls down and the other 2 she doesn't know where or what has happened to them,theres not much else to it dimmock the 2 they put down were young dogs so they could have even rehomed them instead of that

They would have to be NAMED on a warrant to enter, issued to the police, but as they are civilians they are not named on warrants, so in effect, they NEVR have leagl permission to enter properties

 

They are charity workers, if one appears at your door, you can "remove the implied right of acces to your property", then you can have them lifted by the cops if they ever come back.

 

 

More to this story , I``d bet money on it.

My mate had a visit last year, someone must have reported him,

He knows his rights, but had nothing to hide, could have chased them, but let them see his dogs, he had just been inspected and passed for a NGRC licence, his kennels are brand new and heated, dogs run A1 races, they had a quick look, said everything was fine, and went on their merry way.

Now cannot see any organisation going into premises taking away dogs and pts and then returning leashes, they would be leaving themselves wide open.

You say the dogs were thin, how thin, is thin?
