Have had this lad below a few months now, his a full saluki, tor of dartmoor and win swift, 17 month old. Doing very well. I decided to get started on just a few bunny's last night, nothing major,

heres a pic of some old windswift salukis, this advert was 1965, i keep all sorts of old clips and bits of history

Nice looking saluki mate well done,my dog will doing anything ferret lamping,and we have taken him pigeon shooting with Us lol. And her bring the birds back to hand ,and people say thay are just good for courseing how wrong.

If brought on well and with patients, they repay you back twice, they take their time, but its well worth it..

The coursing ability is only one aspect of the breed, when allowed they will do what any lurcher will do which is adapt and learn , hence them being bred true to line for so many years, pure pot fillers, definitely more to them than single handed hares and filling wombs and bank accounts, :thumbs:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

they make awesome draft excluders in the cold winters and they look pretty as well :yes::yes: not in a gay way either :whistling:
