risingfriend 1,042
After not shooting well with my 97kt at the thl meet, i lost faith in myself using it so decided to put it through its paces on a few plinking sessions this week between work, the first few hours i couldnt group for toffees ,now i had questioned that a week before the meet i had taken a coil off to drop the power as the rifle had bedded in after a couple of 6 tins through her and was running close to the limit, thought maybe i had fooked something up so a strip and relube again i started to plink. Only thing i have changed is the scope is slightly further forward and bingo hitting 15mm knockdown crows for fun. faith restored finished work this afternoon and thought i take a look around a permission i have 5 mins from my house a typically hasnt rained for 3 weeks and it chucked it down. took refuge in a field shelter and waited it out not much around. but spotted one on top of the connifer hedge a lased 32yards and a standing shot cracked the noggin and not so much as a flap. so happy again for now LOL 3 Quote Link to post

risingfriend 1,042
well in good shooting mate. at least you didn't totally lose faith and give up. confidence restored then SKoT No not that bad mate But to be honest i was dissapointed with the three doughnuts i had and couldnt work out what the fook was going on i think they sailed clean over the targets. Dont get me wrong rivi course is tricky to say the least mate wind and all that but i knew what the rifle was capable of so thought i was the problem Quote Link to post
