*The*Field*Marshall* 674
I don't think big names are avoiding him as such. . More like Warren failing to deliver (world level) much like Calzaghe early on. Cleverly is a very good fighter, fit as a fiddle, high work rate and very durable too. I think Froch v Cleverly would be a great fight, got no interest in Groves, Carl would eat him for breakfast.

gnasher16 31,602
Sometimes a fighter comes along who is just all wrong for you at a certain stage of your career........Cleverly is all wrong for Froch at this stage of Frochs career and its potentially a career ending fight.......Froch needs to keep away from him and end his career with a few big money fights.

*The*Field*Marshall* 674
Yes, I agree that Cleverly could be a potential banana skin for Froch. . Would a great fight none the less. Froch proved himself a long time before now and I for one wouldn't be disappointed if he hung up his gloves here and now. . I think he's on the decline. . But I understand he's got another 3 fights planned and I can see the attraction in the obvious fights, but personally I'd like to see him steer clear of Ward, I think the man simply has his number. .

Just wasn't convinced with Carl's last performance, yes it was big occasion and won the fight comfortably (for me) and arguably was his greatest win, but not his greatest performance. . Yes he's as crafty as ever and hasn't lost any of his durability. . Just thought Kessler by his own standards wasn't great and felt Froch should've done a better job on him on his own ground (England) My thoughts, I hope I'm proven wrong! Would love to see him beat everyone.
