secretagentmole 1,701
Got down the permission early evening and got positioned in the dry ditch. Got the stuff all ready to photo my free air display. The swallows are beating up and down the field at less than muzzle height. Flicking, rolling, I swear one did a loop the loop. But as usual idiot forgot the camera. Well no targetting needed today, just a zero check shot. Then it started. Rabbits to the left of me, rabbits to the right and rabbits dead ahead! .177 using a 10.5 grain stops them! Excuse the lousy photo, phone cam not so hot! secretagentmole 1,701
Good over distances too, due to weather conditions (ie no wind) distances shot at were from 30-50 metres (previously lasered). Putting the time in Sunday paper punching and checking hold over was worth it! Quote Link to post
