Whether the sun is shining or the rain is falling its still quite a nice place for a walk,yesterday and today I had that "mapyourun" thingy on my phone and done 12 miles yesterday and over 10 today,I ain't even covered half of it lol and don't think I ever will?..off for my eyes tested at 9am so it'll be after that when I get to make tracks tomorrow,gonna take Don with me tomorrow,he loves it up them Fells and amongst the Forestry,took Sox the Grey x a couple of days ago,ran through the fallen trees etc on the Forest floor running a daft critter and it's as lame as a duck,on THREE legs lol,one its cut right to the bone..some dogs can and them some just can't lol.. 3 Quote Link to post

Heard of skiddaw,not sure if i've been there though,went up helvellyn 12 year ago in july,was such a hot day I got sunburn on top of my head through my hair while walking in valley bottom,then when we got to the top,this freezing cold fog came rolling in,very dramatic place,and I quickly learn't how dangerous these fells could be if you lost your way Quote Link to post
