theworkingferret 56
imo there no better they have a whiter beam and the bulbs are a ment to use less power but if ur useing a standered 170 or 240 they are all u need for lamping i think there just something to make more money Quote Link to post
Paid 935
I've only seen one a long time ago, and it takes a while to warm up and be bright. Also didnt do too well for being switched on and off a lot. Quote Link to post

mighty celt 996
i would have thought they would have being the bussiness for lamping foxes with the white light makeing it much clearer to see the foxes in the distance in big stubble felds when there back turned to you and there makeing there escape, the yellowish light of the variable doesent help in them situations youd be just following the dog sometimes.thought alot more lads would have tried them. 1 Quote Link to post

FlyMyGirl 147
Used a couple made a horrible noise whirring noise when on, I think the ballast in the bottom of the lamp makes it feel unbalanced and the amount of times we couldn't lamp game that jumped at out feet due to the bloody thing warming up was to many!! And also take longer to cool down and the light go completely out, so if your are where your not supposed to be it can be a pain! I would never get one again but I know a lad who has one but he doesn't do alot and also only drives. Hope this helps Quote Link to post
