iana 25
Purchased a100 of these as I had read some good reports on them. Put them through my 455 and they are more quiet and accurate than the winchesters I've been using. At yards they group under an inch, some through the same hole. Just need to find someone in my area now that stocks them. Quote Link to post
paulus 26
they get a good report in the american press http://www.midwayusa.com/product/1270535344/lapua-midas-ammunition-22-long-rifle-40-grain-lead-round-nose Quote Link to post
mole trapper 1,705
Love all lapua ready rolled ammo, the .22 subs are very good. Think I bought the last brick from the sportsman at exeter Quote Link to post
Deker 3,491
Lapua 22 Ammo ?? Which? I have some Biathlon at 48g. Not sure they do this anymore, it's interesting to say the least! Quote Link to post

stillair1 16
I used lapua hollow points for a while, whilst they were very accurate on the card, I found them to be less effective than other brands on body shots presumably due to the very narrow hp lead mix. I'm now using mostly rws in my rifles and eley in another rifle that does not suite rws. btw Truelock and Harris used to stock them, though maybe a ways distant. andyf 144
Lapau is very good stuff, all of it (Brass, Bullets and loaded ammo). BUT I've found a JEM, try some GECO 40gr Target, I shoot a very nice tricked up SAKO Finnfire Varmint Rimfire, and of all the stuff I've tried (Including TENEX) the GECO cheapo target stuff beats them all. My rifle is used for vermin, GECO is a solid 40gr bullet, quite 'shiny' and hard, but unlike the cheap and cheerful Remington, stuff kills Rabbits well and it doesn't just pass through and richochet into infinity. Give it a try (circa £30 for 500). AF 1 Quote Link to post
