Cut On Flint

hi all, my dog cut her foot the day after i just started her lamping, it was on flint and i've cleaned it a couple of times with warm salty water, i was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice on what to do if i should go to vets or carry on treating it myself as im not entirely sure on what to do.

i had a cut in my dog a while back in the same place lucky for you,you spotted that as i didnt and carried on running it on stubble,the leg swelled around the joint took it to the vets and wheat stubble had broken of inside the cut and it got infected took a good few weeks to get it right.just keep it clean and cover it when walking out side and it shold be sound but if your not happy take it the vets

just keep it clean with salt and water and put cut and heal on it should be alright

looks nice and clean keep doing what your doing seems ok just keep an eye on it

twice a day with salt water and it should be fine, try not to let it scab to soon and be mindfull of infection

its only a we scrape some savlon and itll be fine wouldnt go to the vets for that

I rarely bath accessible cuts like that, maybe at first but no more.

 

In my experience, if a dog can clean itself, it will.
