Prawns and a leg of ham after a swim in the pool and copious amounts of ice cold lager

does it feel wierd having xmas in that climate over there............what is the temperture over there when you celebrate xmas..........?

It was 27 degrees when I was up at 0430 this morning mate! Stinking hot here at the moment. We're due a storm tonight and I can hear the thunder in the distance. Hope it breaks the heat.

do you miss england and the weather and working the dogs over here or havent you looked back...........fook me i sound like pierce morgan...............lol

Aye I do miss certain things....foggy mornings and hedges and foxes and rabbits and proper beer and pork pies and black pudding and malt loaf.....and most of all my family.

But.....this is a wonderful country and I am pleased my daughter is growing up here.

I used to give the geese I shot to my mate from school days who was a butcher as he sorted me with scran for the dogs all year round. He used to take all I could shoot and flog them for 80 pound a piece. I couldn't eat them.....tasted like absolute shite but he'd have folk queued up for them. I wonder if he ever got any repeat customers

Bear, that's a cracking offer pal. Bit hard at the mo but certainly one that'll go on the back burner. Cheers for that pal. For a community, the huntinglife has some of the finest characters around and you my friend, are a true gent.
